Recover your account with 2FA

If you lose access to your two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials, you can regain access to your account using one of the available recovery methods.

warning

For security reasons, our Support Team cannot restore access to accounts where 2FA is enabled and the recovery methods are unavailable. Ensure you securely store your recovery codes in a safe place when setting up 2FA.

Recover your account using recovery codes

If you have lost access to your authentication app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator), you can use one of your recovery codes to regain entry into your account.

  1. Go to the login page and enter your username or email address and password.
  2. Click on "Unable to Login? Use a Recovery Code."
  3. Enter one of your recovery codes in the field provided and click Verify.
    • If the recovery code is valid, it will be marked as used and you will be successfully logged in.
    • If the recovery code is invalid, you will be prompted to enter another recovery code.

    Setup authenticator app

note

Each recovery code can be used only once. If you have exhausted all your codes, you must reset 2FA from your account settings once logged in.
