Setting Up Your Account

This guide walks you through configuring your profile properly so that your personal information, organization profile, and security settings are complete.

Profile Information

To set up your profile information:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to My Settings in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to the Manage Account menu and select the Personal Information section.
  3. Fill in your details such as First & Last Name, Phone Number, and any other required fields.
  4. Click Save to update your profile.

These details are included in various generated reports like Attestation of Compliance.

Organization Information

  1. From the same menu, choose Manage Organization.
  2. Fill in the organization details including Company Name, Address, and any other relevant information.

These organization details are pulled into attestation reports and other documents that reference company metadata.

Security Settings

Security is enabled by default at login, but we strongly recommend enabling at least one 2FA method to secure your account.
