Password Reset Guide

If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. From the Login page, click on Forgot Password?
2. Enter your email and click Send
3. Scanning Solution will email you a link that allows you to reset your password. You must click on this link within 2 hours of receiving the email. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder.
4. In the Password field, type a new password. Then, in the Confirm Password field, type the password again.
5. Click Reset Password.

To avoid losing your password in the future, consider using a secure password manager.

Changing an Existing Password

To change your current password:

1. Sign in to Scanning Solution.
2. In the upper-right corner of any page, click your profile photo, then click My Settings.
3. Click Password and Authentication from the menu on the left.
4. Under Change Password, enter your old password, then type and confirm a strong new password.
