Password Reset Guide
If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:
- From the Login page, click on Forgot Password?
- Enter your email and click Send
- Scanning Solution will email you a link that allows you to reset your password. You must click on this link within 2 hours of receiving the email. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder.
- In the Password field, type a new password. Then, in the Confirm Password field, type the password again.
- Click Reset Password.

To avoid losing your password in the future, consider using a secure password manager.
Changing an Existing Password
To change your current password:
- Sign in to Scanning Solution.
- In the upper-right corner of any page, click your profile photo, then click My Settings.
- Click Password and Authentication from the menu on the left.
- Under Change Password, enter your old password, then type and confirm a strong new password.
