Creating Scanning Plans
As a partner, you can create custom scanning plans for your customers for each Product. This allows you to tailor the scanning process to meet the specific needs of each organization.
Steps to Create a Scanning Plan
- Log into your partner account and navigate to the Admin -> Partners Dashboard -> Manage Plans.
- Select the available product for which you want to create a plan (e.g., PCI).
- If you do not see the product listed, ensure that it is enabled for your partner account.
- Click on Add Plan and add a name and description for the plan.
- The plan will be created and appear in the list of available plans.
- Now, you can assign and configure Features for the plan. See below the list of available features.
- The plan is now ready to be assigned to customer organizations.
Set a Plan as Default
You can set a plan as the default for new organizations. Each product can have only one default plan that is automatically assigned to new organizations. To set a plan as default:
- In the Manage Plans section, find the plan you want to set as default
- Click on the Default plan toggle and select the default interval (e.g., Monthly, Yearly).
Setting a default plan ensures that all new organizations created under the product will automatically be assigned this plan. The interval determines the default expiration period for the plan and how often the plan is renewed if the renewal option is enabled in the portal settings.
Available Plan Features
Number of IPs
PCI VRMS PenetrationThis feature allows you to specify the number of IPs that can be scanned under the plan. It is a required feature for all products and must be set for all plans.
It accepts a numeric value that represents the maximum number of IPs allowed for scanning.
Rescan Feature
PCI VRMS PenetrationThis feature allows you to enable or disable the rescan option for the plan. When enabled, customers can request rescans of their IPs after a scan has been completed.
Options:
- Unlimited rescans (toggle): Users can request an unlimited number of rescans.
- Rescan Number: Specify a numeric value for the maximum number of rescans allowed.
- Unit: [Day, Month].
- If you select a unit, the rescan limit will reset after the specified period.
- When to run: [Always, Failed].
- If you select "Always", rescans can be requested at any time.
- If you select "Failed", rescans can only be requested if the previous scan failed to pass.
Do not allow Delete Reports
PCI VRMS PenetrationThis feature allows you to prevent users from deleting scan reports. When enabled, users will not have the option to delete any scan reports until the days period specified in the feature is reached.
Options:
- Toggle: Enable or disable the feature.

As an ASV provider, we are required to keep scan reports for a minimum of 90 days. This feature allows you to enforce this requirement by preventing report deletion until the specified period has passed.
